Office Coordinator

Invidasys is looking to fill the newly-created position of Office Coordinator.  This position is responsible for handling many aspects of the day-to-day operations of a busy office environment in a fast growing technology company with a strong emphasis on assisting the Sales and Marketing departments.

Responsibilities:

Office Wide

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures and performing various duties as needed; such as controlling correspondence, designing filing systems; managing schedules, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, etc.
  • Perform all reception area duties such as receiving incoming calls, taking messages, directing calls, covering phones during department meetings and employee absences, accepting deliveries, greeting visitors, providing assistance to job applicants, coordinates various drop-offs and pickups. Serves as central information and forms disbursement center.
  • Maintain office efficiency by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Serves as central information and forms disbursement center. Understand and support company time coding policies and procedures.
  • Maintain common areas of office (staff room, printer area, supplies) to ensure optimal effectiveness.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of office policies, systems, layouts, and supplies procurement.
  • Performs general clerical duties as needed such as processing mail, filing, alphabetizing records, running errands, and completing forms and reports.
  • Manage and negotiate with various suppliers and vendors of supplies and services.

Sales & Marketing

  • Assist with the creation of reports, presentations, and projects.
  • Remain knowledgeable of organization’s products, and sales policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the maintenance and updating of company website.
  • Prepare and run reports, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and manage appointments
  • Update records and automated tracking systems and maintain sales documentation. Compile, copy, distribute, and post reports, contracts, documents, and other artifacts as needed.
  • Coordinate expense statements, invoices and other documents for approval/payment.
  • Coordinates promotional events by arranging for and gathering necessary materials
  • Aid in coordinating promotional events. Update and assemble promotional packets. May serve as receptionist for seminars and other events.

Requirements

IT Solutions Manager

Invidasys is seeking a highly skilled, innovative, dynamic individual for the position of IT Solutions Manager. This position will provide vision and leadership for our internal IT operations, technology infrastructure, and service delivery.  The ideal candidate will be a collaborative problem-solver who possesses experience working for a technology-based organization and is comfortable following HIPAA and HITECH privacy and security safeguards.  As a working manager, you will act as the systems administrator directing enterprise operations working primarily on the Microsoft Stack of products, provide support and maintenance of existing infrastructure applications, and oversee desktop and network hardware, software, telephone, and security solutions.   You will also be responsible for researching best practices to migrate to the cloud, developing appropriate cloud architecture, and managing cloud services.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of Information Technology strategic vision/direction.  Under minimal supervision, independently manage multiple initiatives of moderate scope and complexity, including the creation, acceptance, monitoring, and overall delivery of technology infrastructure initiatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal technology resources and manage vendor relationships in terms of service related issues with client solution providers.
  • Define, document, and measure all IT operational support processes necessary to deliver a stable and highly available systems environment, including all routine IT production processes, security access controls, back-ups, disaster recovery
  • Develop, enhance, and manage policies, processes, and programs related to company’s technology platform, information systems, help desk support, internal incident management and client SLA’s.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have 5 – 10 years of professional IT experience in support of small to medium-sized business with 3 – 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge and experience with Data Center, servers and networks:  Windows Servers, Windows Workstations, database software (MS SQL), software development tools.  Demonstrated skills in network design, data maintenance, and database security.
  • Healthcare sector experience and familiarity with HIPAA and HITECH is preferred.
  • BA/BS Computer Sciences, M.I.S. or related technical degree preferred.  Additional professional experience and/or technical certifications are desirable.

Software Designer

Invidasys is looking for a Software Designer to join our team. We are seeking someone with 5 years of design experience using Microsoft technologies: SQL Server, Expressions Studio, Visual Studio, and Enterprise Architect. Experience in product designing for Healthcare Administration is required.

Software Designer responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in all areas of SDLC process including strategic management, product design, development, database administration and documentation
  • Define standards and templates for requirements and design documents

Business Consultant

Invidasys is looking for a Business Consultant with 3+ years of experience working with Healthcare Administration software. The Business Consultant will provide operational decision support by identifying and proposing operational improvement opportunities. Responsibilities include:

  • Participate in consulting engagements with our clients. These engagements may be consulting only engagement or revolve around improving the operational performance as it relates to their current software platforms and identifying areas where lnvidasys may be able to develop complementary solutions

Technical Consultant

Invidasys is looking for a Technical Consultant to join our expanding team. A working knowledge/experience with Healthcare Exchanges is preferred. The candidate will be expected to:

  • Participate in on-site planning and requirements gathering and clarification sessions with clients
  • Participate in consulting engagements with our clients. These engagements generally revolve around improving the technical performance as it relates to their current software platforms and identifying areas where Invidasys may be able to develop complimentary solutions. Assist in modeling and blueprinting of the overall technical solution.
  • Design/architect the technical solution for an Invidasys project (client requirements, Document TDAs, interfaces, reports, EDI…)
  • Assist the project manager with the project plan by contributing to the detailed project plan
  • Knowing the technical implementation tasks
  • Sets expectations concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and cost of the project-periodically checks status of project with client and team to assess project against plan.
  • Participate in technical assessment initiatives producing feasibility and recommendation documents.
  • Assist in estimating timeframe, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project-monitors and adjusts for budget and schedule variances of entire project and provides accurate and timely status reports to supervisor.
  • Help to drive the implementation, including the completion of requirements definitions, functional specifications, database design, systems and technical architecture definition, implementation and unit system testing and development.
  • Participate in processes for knowledge transfer, compliance, requests for variance, and approvals associated with adoption of solution architecture
  • Show initiative and takes responsibility for decisions that impact project and team goals.

Database Developer

Invidasys is seeking a Database Engineer/Developer to evaluate, design, code, optimize, and modify Microsoft  SQL server databases and database applications.  The candidate will work closely with application developers and product development staff to interface and integrate databases with various applications. The ideal candidate will possess some experience working with Healthcare IT software platforms as well as possess knowledge/experience with Health Care Exchanges.  The candidate will be expected to:

  • Create and maintain databases; develop, maintain or implement procedures for data entry, data cleaning, documentation and other administrative tasks
  • Model databases and develop tables, stored procedures, views, triggers, and other database objects.
  • Be part of a team responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into data queries (SQL), models, and tools to allow for insightful data analysis
  • Following Software Development Lifecycle processes, responsible for owning all aspects of the reference database release cycle, including maintenance, security, etc., along with associated scripts and ERD models
  • Tune databases for optimum performance
  • Write SQL Scripts for either internal use or customer applications in order to:
    • Change / update database schemas as directed
    • Insert / update data as directed
    • Create application code to modify existing module as directed using industry coding standards and best practices
    • Handle installations, upgrades, backups, and configuration.
    • Upgrade or develop documentation as necessary
    • Generate and manage high-level reports generated from internal and external sources
    • Interface with other Invidasys team members for the development and testing of new products and solutions.
    • Communicate with internal departments and clients to identify and resolve issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of work experience required

  • Experience writing system specifications, expert knowledge of relational database concepts and facility with SQL (i.e. queries, tables, forms, and reports)
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting required; able to identify anomalies, trends, inconsistencies and make recommendations to improve processes, workflow and operations
  • Advanced skill level in SQL Server and performance tuning; working knowledge of database tables, forms, queries and reports a must
  • Knowledge and application of TFS to manage software releases and database applications
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills required; must be an effective problem solver
