The Program Manager is responsible for overall planning and tracking of software implementation and other consulting services projects from inception through delivery and acceptance. They act as the client’s executive sponsor and as the Company’s liaison, ensuring a superior professional relationship, where Invidasys’ value-enhancing products and services are optimally utilized.

Responsibilities

    • Manage software development project activities for multiple projects across all project phases including initiation, discovery, planning, development, implementation, deployment, and post go-live support
    • Work collaboratively with Invidasys development, product owners, IT support and, senior executives
    • Work collaboratively with the client’s project, IT, business SME, and senior executive teams
    • Proven ability to deescalate / manage client expectation based on realistic joint priorities
    • Risk mitigation and corrective action implementation
    • Proven ability managing programs with multiple work streams
    • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day progress of projects and the activities of other project management, development, and design staff
    • Communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters
    • Provide recommendations to Client management about schedules, prioritization, resource allocation, and resource constraints with input from team members
    • Provide ongoing project plan/status reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for use by Client teams, and Client management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients during all phases of the project
    • Schedule and lead calls and meetings with Clients as necessary in the execution of the project
    • Create, manage, and track projects via, but not limited to:

    o   Project schedules

    o   Regularly scheduled project team meetings

    o   Detailed project plans and executive level status reports

    o   Business requirements assessments

    o   Technical Design Assessments

    o   Manage Statements of Work (SOW) requirements

    o   Manage project P&L

    o   Present project status to clients’ project team and executives

    o   Agile project delivery

    o   Resource allocation, availability, and utilization

     

    **ADP2 certification maybe required by the client

    ***local Madison WI candidate is a plus

     

Any additional duties as determined by joint agreement between yourself and appropriate Invidasys management resources

Qualifications

  • 10+ years Project Management / Program Management experience within a Healthcare software development environment
  • Experience with software implementation life cycles at health plans
  • Deep understanding of claims, benefits, eligibility, provider, EDI transaction, and other health plan business processes
  • Must understand payer business cycles and best practices
  • Strong business knowledge and written and verbal communications skills with internal and external team members
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time to customer sites
  • Adhere to best practice standards in project management and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Proven ability to deescalate / manage client expectations based on realistic joint priorities
  • Proven ability managing programs with multiple work streams
  • Government healthcare knowledge (TriCare, VA) is a plus
